Brynn McKinney, MS, RDN, LDN
Brynn McKinney is a registered and licensed clinical dietitian with over a decade of personal experience in the health and fitness world. She combines science-backed strategies with real-world practicality to help clients fuel their bodies with intention and build habits that last.
Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced performance, or simply feeling more in control of food choices, Brynn uses personalized assessments to create sustainable, result-driven plans that align with each client’s lifestyle. She believes that meaningful change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from consistent, intentional effort over time.
With a focus on accountability and a commitment to meeting clients where they are in their nutrition journey, Brynn helps make nutrition feel less overwhelming and far more empowering.
In addition to her work as a dietitian, Brynn is also a floor coach at GluteHouse, where she brings the same supportive, knowledge-based approach to the training floor.
Brynn earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetics and Food & Nutrition from Florida State University, and later completed her Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition at Florida International University.

Pricing
All packages (Reset/Momentum/Deep Dive) are billed monthly and require a 3-month commitment. Sessions can be done in-person at GluteHouse or virtually over Zoom.
Each package begins with The Foundation Session - a 45-60 minute intake session focused on your nutrition history, eating habits, food sensitivities, and what’s worked (or not) in the past.
