Hybrid Private Training is your next-level training experience - designed for those who want the structure of our signature program with the added support of a dedicated coach by their side.
You’ll still move through the same stations, follow the same timer, and train alongside other members - but with your coach focused solely on you. Every rep. Every set. Every session.
YOUR TRAINER WILL BE BY YOUR SIDE THE ENTIRE SESSION TO…
Provide real-time form and technique corrections.
Select and adjust your weights.
Load and unload weights and wipe down your equipment.
Keep you focused, progressing and accountable from start to finish.







HOW IT WORKS
Choose how many Private Sessions you’d like to complete per 4-week cycle: 8, 12, or 16. These are full, 1-on-1 workouts with your dedicated trainer.
Each Hybrid Private package also includes access to our standard GluteHouse Membership, so you can complete up to four total workouts per week - combining your Private Sessions with Floor-Coached GluteHouse and ShredHouse workouts.
You’ll follow the same weekly programming as all members - two GluteHouse workouts and two ShredHouse workouts - and depending on your Hybrid Private package, the remaining workouts each week will be completed with Floor Coach support.
All GluteHouse clients (Hybrid Private + Regular Members) complete four workouts per week, one each of:
GluteHouse ‘A’ - ShredHouse ‘A’ - GluteHouse ‘B’ - ShredHouse ‘B’

Floor-Coached sessions follow the exact same programming - the only difference is that your coach is floating and supporting all members, rather than being by your side the entire time.
