Following our proven GluteHouse program, each week, you will complete 2 lower body-focused days + 2 upper body and core-focused days.
Depending on your package level, you'll split these sessions between:
Personal Training Sessions: Your dedicated trainer by your side for the entire workout to handle your weights, perfect your form, and keep you focused. Youβll move through the same stations, follow the same timer, and train alongside other GluteHouse members, but your trainer will be focused solely on you. Every rep. Every set. Every session.
Floor-Coached Sessions: You follow the exact same workout programming, but your coach supports the entire floor rather than focusing solely on you. You're still guided through every exercise with videos that include coaching cues and form checks from our floor-coaches, just shared attention instead of exclusive.
The beauty? Whether it's a personal session or floor-coached session, you're doing the same proven workouts that deliver results. The only difference is the level of individual attention.
