Drop-In Sessions at GluteHouse
Visiting Miami and want to train with us while you’re in town? A Drop-In Session is the perfect way to experience what makes GluteHouse so special.
Each workout is one hour long and built around our signature six-station format. At every station, you’ll perform 3–5 sets of a movement, each designed for maximum results.
Our Floor Coaches will guide you step-by-step, making sure your form is on point and you’re activating the right muscles throughout the workout.
