Fat Peach LLC ("Glute House," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Glute House website at glute-house.com (the "Site") and the Glute House member app (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to both the Site and the App.
By using the Site or App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Contact and account details such as your name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Information you submit through forms on the Site, such as membership inquiries, trial sign-ups, or contact requests.
- Fitness and activity information you enter or generate in the App, such as workout logs, session history, and progress you choose to track.
- Payment and billing information when you purchase a membership or other services. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment and gym-management providers; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
Information we collect automatically when you use the Site or App:
- Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and general location derived from your IP address.
- Usage information such as pages viewed, features used, and time spent, collected through cookies and similar technologies on the Site and analytics tools in the App.
Information from third parties:
- Our gym-management platform, Exercise.com, powers member accounts, scheduling, billing, and workout delivery, and shares relevant account information with us so we can run your membership.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and membership.
- Deliver App features, including your programming, workout tracking, movement videos, and Weekly Mindsets.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Send you service messages and, where permitted, updates about Glute House. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
- Understand how the Site and App are used so we can improve them.
- Protect against fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- With service providers who operate on our behalf, including our gym-management platform, payment processor, hosting providers, and analytics providers, so they can perform services for us.
- When required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or lawful government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Glute House, our members, or others.

Third-party services
Our gym-management platform, Exercise.com, powers member accounts, scheduling, billing, and workout delivery. The App is provided to you as "GluteHouse," a white-labeled version of the Exercise.com platform. Exercise.com processes account and activity information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. Other providers, including our payment processor and analytics tools, also handle your information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
- You can access or update your account information through the App or by contacting us.
- You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
- You can request that we delete your account and associated personal information by emailing us at the address below. Some information may be retained where required by law.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
