Jayden Pace Gallagher is a certified Health Coach, Herbalist, and Personal Trainer with five years of experience in exercise and lifestyle coaching. She works with women holistically - addressing movement, lifestyle habits, hydration, sleep, and stress management - to support physical goals and overall wellness.

Her approach is grounded in progress over perfection. By focusing on one good decision at a time, Jayden helps her clients build sustainable habits that create lasting change.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase energy, support hormonal health, or prevent chronic conditions, Jayden will design a plan that aligns with your values and fits into your busy lifestyle.

In addition to Health Coaching, Jayden is a GluteHouse coach where she combines her passion for women’s strength training with her dedication to health education.

Jayden holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (University of Miami, 2020) and a Master of Public Health (Emory University, 2022).
