Sessions start every ten minutes during operating hours. Up to two members can book one time slot. Members have access to our app to book their training sessions.

For example, the app will show times available to book at 6AM, 6:10AM, 6:20AM, 6:30AM, 6:40AM…all the way to 7:30PM every Monday through Friday.

9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Workout ‘A’: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

Prime Members have access to every time slot available during operating hours.

Workout ‘A’: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

Workout ‘B’: Thursday, Friday and limited Saturday/Sunday time slots

Mid-Day Members have access to time slots between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday and every other time slot on weekends. Mid-Day members may purchase single Prime sessions as needed.

  • Very! And we like it that way! GluteHouse was created to fill a void in the training industry. We typically have three options for our training; going to the on your own, going to a group class or personal training. GluteHouse takes elements of all three to deliver a program that truly works!

  • You can, but you will definitely not get the same results as you would at GluteHouse. Our goal is to provide our members the tools and information for each member to become their own best advocate for their training.

    After your first workout, you will feel very comfortable with how we do things and before you know it you will be well on your way to the lower body of your dreams.

    We know we do things different, but if you haven’t gotten the results your desire from group classes, personal training or going to the gym on your own then it is time to consider something new and different!

  • Once you become #GluteGang Official, you will have access to the GluteHouse App to schedule your training sessions. Sessions can be booked up to 72 hours in advance.

  • Absolutely! Over the last several years we have worked with countless newbies. Often, these members have the best experience because newbies are a clean slate and we can teach them our ways, right from the get-go.

    Our members that are new to strength training quickly find confidence both inside and outside of the gym!

  • Of course! Even if you have lots of strength training experience our mission is to teach everyone new training strategies and mindsets to get the most out of your training.

    It is important to remember that no matter your level, having a coach is essential. There is always something we can improve, enhance or learn to become an even better lifter.

  • We could give a simple answer, but we would be lying to you. Seeing results depends entirely on the individual. Training intensity and strategy, nutrition, stress levels, sleep, menstrual cycle and more all play a significant role when it comes to seeing results.

    Now, most people hate the answer above… if you follow our guidance, on average, our members can see aesthetic results in about three months. However, it takes more than going through the motions of a workout. Once you learn the proper ways to push yourself inside the gym and understand a few big picture mindsets, your results at GluteHouse will be streamlined!

  • Hell yes - Our floor coaches are here to answer any and all questions you have, including what weights to use. Ultimately, we are going to teach you how to select weights on your own, but until you are comfortable with that, we are here for you!

  • Our floor coaches know who our new members are and we are here to make your first workout as enjoyable as can be. We will guide you to the right spot in the Training app to track your reps and weights and then get you properly setup on the Booty Builder.

    Long story short, we got you and you have nothing to worry about!

  • It is SO SIMPLE!

    Trust our guidance and be coachable!

    1. Have a desire to learn more about proper strength training

    2. Read through our Welcome Sheet

    3. Watch the movement videos and read the notes before each workout to learn new cues about the movements you will be doing

    4. Ask our floor coaches “how can I get more out of this movement?”. This answer to this simple question will give you incredible knowledge to apply to a given movement.

  • Yes. Push yourself appropriately (which we will teach you how to do) and your two lower body workouts per week is all you will need for incredible results!

  • We have two options, GluteHouse+ and Personal Training.

    During your consultation we will chat about how to structure the rest of your training outside of your lower body workouts. Whether it is personal training, GluteHouse+ or training elsewhere, we are happy to help you come up with a training schedule that works for you!

  • Absolutely. Request an “In-Person Consultation” and you will have the option to request an Intro Workout.

  • Definitely! We love when members bring a guest in. Our members are some of the coolest, kindest and most special people we have ever met. Cool, kind and special people often hang with other cool, kind and special people and those are the members we want at GluteHouse!
