THE ESSENTIALS

GluteHouse is a membership only studio!

Your membership will run on ‘cycles’. We use this term instead of a ‘monthly membership’ — A ‘cycle’ is a four week period of training (we’ll explain why later…)

Every 10 minutes, you will move to a new training station and each GluteHouse workout will consist of 5 stations plus an optional 6th station (50-60 minutes total).

Your training at GluteHouse is the only lower body training you need to complete to see incredible results!

Think a stronger, lifted, firmer tush PLUS more confidence inside and outside the gym!

We are open seven days per week and sessions (classes) start every 10 minutes during operating hours.

A maximum of two members can book a time slot.

HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS

  • APPS + EDUCATION

    For members that want to streamline their results, our GluteHouse Training app has all the tools and information to get the most out of each minute you spend at GluteHouse.

    Before each training session, our members go into their Training app to access videos about each movement for your upcoming workout. These videos teach the essential information about each movement to get the very most out of every rep.

    The Training app also contains notes to guide you on the number of sets, reps and rest time to take at each training station. Additionally, members can track all of their reps completed and weights used to ensure you are making progress throughout each cycle.

    The information in your Training app is also displayed on our TVs throughout the gym in case you need a reminder on how to properly complete the exercise at each station.

  • COACHING

    Once you arrive to GluteHouse, a Floor Coach will be available to help you as much or as little as you like. Our Floor Coaches have useful tips and tricks to help you master the Mind-Muscle Connection, understand how to go up in weight properly and more.

    We encourage our members to ask our Floor Coaches tons of questions. Members that understand the value of coaching and want to gain knowledge about proper strength training techniques are the people who see the best results…trust us!

    Simply put, Floor Coaches want our members to be as successful as possible and we want our members to call us over to help with anything, including but not limited to;

    • Weight Selection

    • Machine Set-Up

    • Form and Technique Checks, Adjustments and Enhancements

    • Progressive Overload Strategies (mind muscle connection and going up in weight properly)

  • PROGRAMMING

    Programming (how we write each workout) at GluteHouse is strategically designed to deliver our members aesthetic and visual results. Each week of the cycle (four weeks) you will progressively challenge yourself to ensure continued progress and to avoid hitting plateaus. We will have the opportunity to discuss our programming in detail during your Consultation.

    As we are sure you can tell by now, we do things a lot different!
