Her coaching philosophy revolves around practicing and implementing impeccable form to avoid injury, ensuring her clients achieve their best results safely.

One of Rachael's favorite aspects of being a coach is the opportunity to meet new people and build meaningful relationships. She cherishes the connections she forms with her clients, guiding them with encouragement and support. Her advice to those struggling with their fitness journey is to remain persistent and take it one day at a time, assuring them that their future selves will be grateful for their efforts. Outside of coaching, Rachael's interests include sports, cooking, and a strong focus on health and wellness. She is particularly passionate about being gluten and dairy-free, enjoying the hobby of analyzing ingredients and educating others on healthy eating.

Rachael also loves staying active outside of the gym through "hot girl walks" with her dog and friends. Her go-to post-workout snack is a protein smoothie, a refreshing and nutritious choice. One of the most unique places she has ever worked out is poolside in Lake Como, Italy, ending her session with a swim in the lake. Although coaching is a significant part of her life, she also maintains a professional career, blending both worlds seamlessly. Her favorite workout music includes rap and EDM, and she enjoys listening to podcasts during her walks, finding motivation and entertainment in her fitness routine.
