As a Miami native, Nathaly has always embraced fitness as a key part of her lifestyle. When the opportunity arose to become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, she eagerly accepted the challenge. Her journey recently led her to become a GluteHouse coach, where she continues to inspire and guide others in their fitness pursuits. Nathaly’s philosophy on fitness emphasizes its bio-individual nature; recognizing that each person is unique and what works for one may not work for another. Through trial and error, she has learned to listen to her body and tailor her training to meet her specific goals.
Specializing in muscle gain and toning, particularly for the lower body, Nathaly finds great joy in the diversity of people she meets within the fitness community. This exposure has not only enhanced her growth as a coach but also as an individual, teaching her to keep an open mind and embrace continuous learning. Her favorite aspect of coaching is forming connections with people and understanding that there's always something new to learn. For those struggling with their fitness journey, Nathaly advises focusing on short-term goals and giving oneself grace, emphasizing the importance of simply getting started without overthinking.
Outside of coaching, Nathaly enjoys family outings, beach visits, and exploring new places with her husband, with Naples being a favorite destination. She is passionate about traveling and discovering new cities and countries. Nathaly debunks the myth that lifting heavy will make you bulky, advocating for strength training’s true benefits. If not a coach, Nathaly would likely be working in the hospitality industry.
