Carla, originally from Posadas, Misiones in Argentina, has always been passionate about fitness and athletics. Her love for sports like tennis, golf, soccer, and swimming led her to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. This educational path solidified her commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health. Carla thrives on the unique aspects of each client's fitness journey, enjoying the lifelong connections she builds as she guides them toward better health and well-being.
Carla's fitness philosophy is holistic, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind and body. She believes that fitness, when approached correctly, can be a powerful tool for self-improvement and personal accomplishment. For Carla, fitness is not merely a task to be completed but a form of self-love that permeates all areas of life. Her training specialties include sport-specific training, body recomposition, glute growth, core work, and accommodating various injuries. Carla's favorite part of coaching is forming meaningful relationships with her clients, filled with laughter and deep, meaningful conversations.
Outside of coaching, Carla enjoys skincare, tennis, golf, swimming, and consuming non-fiction books and podcasts. She doesn’t believe that higher intensity always equals better results, but instead likes to focus on the importance of balanced workouts and rest. If she weren't a coach, Carla would likely be in the esthetics field, combining her passion for skincare with product development. Her favorite workout music includes Two Friends' Big Booty Mixes, adding an energetic vibe to her training sessions.

Favorite Way to Stay Active Outside of the Gym: Definitely walking! I think its so underrated, it’s just an easy way to get your body moving, lower your cortisol (stress) levels, give your joints a break from heavy exertion and overall enjoy being outside alone or with a friend/ significant other.
